Member Application Form

1. Online Application Form

Fill out and submit the application form below with the required Photo ID and current portrait photo.

Be sure to read the Membership Terms and Conditions before applying.

2. Phone Call

A member of the Board will contact you within 72 hours to finalise your Membership.

If you have not uploaded your Photo ID or portrait photo with your application, we will ask you to make those arrangements.

3. Make Payment

Once your membership has been accepted, you will be issued an invoice for payment, which is a pro-rata amount until the end of the current month. You will be able to pay via Credit Card Online or Bank Transfer.

When full payment has been received, you will be given door access to the billiard room.

You will also receive access to our Online Member's Area and Table Booking System. Here you can communicate with the Board and other Members, and keep up to date with happenings around the club.

We need to confirm your identity before your access to the billiard room is approved. Please take a photo of the front and back of your Photo ID (Drivers Licence, Proof of Age Card) and upload a current portrait photo of your face, similar to a passport photo.

Don't worry; the Board of Directors only views your ID photos to verify your identity. We do not use or pass your ID to any other party or business. Your ID photos will be deleted and not stored on our system. Your portrait photo will only be seen by the Board of Directors and is used to verify your Photo ID. The picture will be uploaded into our facial recognition camera system for your safety and the safety of our other members.
